The challenge
Data lived in 15 disconnected systems. Reports were pulled together by hand, and there was no single view of the branch network.
Solution
We built a single system that pulls data from 15 sources automatically and puts it on dashboards, with data quality checks and protection built in.
Result
The client now sees the whole branch network at a glance. The data surfaced violations nobody had spotted, powers forecasts and guides how funding is allocated.
